Overturned truck shut down all three northbound lanes of I-95. Traffic on local streets was, I assume, one ugly mess. An earlier version of this GT article cited a DOT spokesman who said that the trip from the NY border to Norwalk took 193 minutes, which, by my math, almost 3 1/2 hours.

Good Lord.
