732 Lake Avenue, listed at $1.6 million by Wells Fargo just 11 days ago, is reported as pending. That’s a good deal for the buyer, presumably, but the former owner paid $3.995 million for it in 2002, and the affidavit of debt filed by Wells Fargo shows $4,735,563 due and owing.

Ouch.
