18 Pinecroft Road, the subject of various posts here since it was first put up for sale in 2013 for $7.250 million, eventually dropped its price to $4.495 million, and is finally reported as under contract.
The owners paid $6.5 for it, new, in 2004, and probably regret their impulsiveness.
