An impressive figure, but not what the owner was looking for

No idea what the final sales price will be, but the owner paid $6.8 for this 1930 house in 2002, completely renovated it top to bottom, added an additional 1,300 square feet, and put it up for sale in 2015 for $17.350. Looks like she’ll be getting less than half of that.
