80 Midwood Road, asking $5.9 million, is reported as pending after just seven days; adjusting for inspections and contract negotiations, the buyer must have appeared almost instantly.

A 1987 house in a style that leaves me a tad cold, but Deer Park’s a very special neighborhood, and sales there reflect that.
