Old Greenwich sale

3 Quintard Avenue closed at $5.350 million. That seems like a lot of money for this house and this location, but then, I was also surprised when it sold new in 2011 for $5.368 million, so what do I know? Although this house was never placed on the MLS, two Hooligans & Lawyers agents negotiated the deal, so I assume its fair market value was achieved. More important, a commission was collected!
