The sales history here is telling. $2.125 in 2008, $2.130 in 2014, and now $2.205. The kitchen was redone during that time, bathrooms updated, new paint, etc., but nothing major, so it seems that, currently, and in OG, and in this price range, keeping a house fresh will at least keep you even with your purchase price.
