Brother Gideon has reported that his listing at 33 Ferncliff, $1.475, is pending. Back in May, when he first got the listing, I pointed out that Gideon was the third agent and had thus been spared the long, agonizing wait while this price dropped from $2.1 in June, 2017, to $1.550. Gid will be in and out of this deal in 90 days and, unlike the first two agents, he’ll get paid; we love when that happens!

Next to “never give a sucker an even break”, the favorite real estate adage is “best to be first-born son, second wife, and third agent”.
