31 Hillside Drive, asking $2.475 million. Owner paid $2.9 for it in 2008, just before prices crashed and, in this case, didn’t recover. The listing suggests a renovation project or tear down and start over; I think starting over would be the best thing to do, but certainly not the 10,000 sq.ft. the agent claims is allowed.
