610 Lake Avenue, originally listed at $5.495 million in 2017 is now asking $3.5. To my eye, the house has always been compromised by bad land: wetlands and a pond, and a less-than-eye-pleasing design, but any house can be improved by a price cut. Question whether this is enough of an improvement.
