25 Tomac Avenue, Old Greenwich, new construction, $4 million. It’s not the $5.2 million the builder originally sought in July 2018, but I’m sure there was enough of a profit margin here sufficient to assuage his hurt.

I personally find the idea of living on Tomac and its rush-hour traffic distasteful, but obviously not everyone does.
