Fire sale on Hemlock

Fire at 6 Hemlock Drive today. The house has been listed for quite some time, with current (and, now, probably last) price of $1.750. Owners paid $2.050 for it in 2007, did a remarkable reno job and placed it back up for sale in 2008 at $3.325 million. That didn’t work, so it’s been rented out, off-and-on, since then and, I think, it’s been vacant for some time.
