8 Marks Road, February contract, sold for $1.255 million, on a final asking price of $1.299 (started at $1.395 in September). The owner paid $1.475 in 2006.
Not a house to get excited about, and practically no yard, but neat and clean, and not a bad price to pay for basic shelter in a nice part of town.
