156 Stanwich Road, which sold via bidding war just this past February 3rd, was put up for rent seven days ago at $18,000 and has rented at $20,000. A very nice house, updated and in perfect condition, so I’m not surprised that it appealed to renters as much as it did buyers. And this time it had Kung Flu driving Manhattanites towards it.
