Rogues Hill contract

16 Round Hill Road, asking $3.895 million, has a contract after just six days. Sold “as is”, this 1958 house sits on good land just a bit in from Lake Avenue, so I don’t know whether the new owner plans to build new or just shelter in place while Covid has its way with NYC. The sellers paid $4.3 for it in 2011, but these days, a number so close to that is pretty much a home run.
