28 Welwyn Road in Riverside sold for $3.7 million. It’s a perfectly nice house and Welywn’s a good location, so it’s no surprise that it found a buyer. My point, though, is that this house sat on the market from March 2019 to November without success. It was placed back on the market in April and had a contract in 46 days.
