Follow up on 257 Riversville Road

I wrote about 257 Riversville a couple of weeks ago, reporting that I’d shown it to a client who liked it very much but opted for New Castle, NY (go figure). It had an accepted offer three days after it hit the market and sold Friday for full price, $3.995 million.
