46 Will Merry, currently asking $2.199 million. Historically, houses on Will Merry have sold slowly, even those on the south, non-Merritt side, as this one is. In fact, it’s taken 523 days and price reductions from the original price of $2.695 to attract a buyer this time, and it was 467 days between listing and sale in 2014, when these owners bought it for $2.525.

Notwithstanding that track record, if the current buyers are getting it in the $2-$2.1 range, it strikes me that they’re doing okay. Nice house, and yard for not a whole lot of money, as these things go.
