I don't know how long this will last, but it's nice for now

80 Round Hill Road, has sold for $5.920 million after 40 days on the market. A totally renovated 1913 classic, located at the foot of Round Hill, it had everything going for it, but pre-Covid, I doubt it could have found a buyer so quickly.
