What a difference a panic makes

40 Mooreland Road (nee 10 Langhorne), asking $2.795 million, is under contract 14 days after being listed. In 2018, freshly renovated, it was originally listed at $3.195 and eventually sold to these owners for $2.4. Decent house, but before Kung Flu hit our shores, you wouldn’t expect such a quick sale, especially with such a nice premium over price paid.

I'm with the Gov on this one; why should her constituents pay for out-of-staters to come watch a foreign, imitative and inferior form of genuine football?
