85 Richmond Hill Road has finally sold for $3.550, after beginning in 2016 at $5.250. The seller paid $4.825 for the place in 2013, so he must be a bit disappointed, but not as disappointed as the original owner, who anted up $7.1 for it when it was new in 2006.
