Persistence! Nine brokers, 11 1/2 years, and still going

10 Spring House Road, which started at $8.9 million back in May 2010, and most recently expired last month at $3.895 is back today with a new broker, the ninth, and a new price: $3.595.

The property itself is pretty, even if most of its 6 acres are in front, and the 1935 house can probably be salvaged from the various remuddling assaults it has suffered over the years since its construction. So far, no one has been willing to accept the challenge, but perhaps this latest price will call forth a bold Sir Robin.
