The price seems about right, but what the hell were they thinking in 2007?

49 Sound View Terrace has sold for $1.3 million. Okay, but checking the history of this property I see that it sat on the market for a year back in 2007 priced at $2.195. No one bit, duh, but that took “aspirational pricing” to a new low, or high.
