Sooner or later, price and market will meet

33 Benenson Drive, Cos Cob, started at $2.195 in April, dropped to $1.795, and then on September 13 dropped again, to $1.575. It’s now reported under contract.

There’s certainly room for some upgrading here, so that first number seems overly exuberant, but at, say, somewhere in the high $1.4ish range, I get it.
