10 Parsonage Lane, currently priced at $2.995, reports a contract. I wrote bout this property back in October 2019, pre-COVID, when it had just come on the market at $3.5 million. I liked the land, not the house, and suggested that it might end up selling at land value for around $2.5. That seems to have been about right, COVID market or not.
