If prisoners are now to be referred to as "persons with a mobility disability", shouldn't zebra mussels, pythons, wild pigs, and kudzu be accorded similar respect?

A previous article by Fox News listed the “5 most destructive˛invsive species refugees of climate change in the US”, including Florida’s pythons, killer bees, and Asian carp. I’d add dozens more, including Dutch Elm disease (from Asia, 1890s), and the Chestnut Blight (Japan, 1910-1920s).
