30 Cat Rock Road, asking $2.935 million. It tried for $3.470 in 2020, gave up in August of that year (too bad, perhaps, because the market was just reviving), and returned it to the market this past June.

Purchased for $2.7 in 2005, but these owners expanded it from 5,671 to 7,669 sq.ft., so I wouldn’t think there is much, if any, profit being pocketed here.
