951 Lake Avenue, built in 1721 and still with four acres to its name, has sold for $1.3 million. Here’s a hoot: the sellers bought it for $1.1 million in 2010 from owners who’d started at the improbable figure of $2.8 million in 2007.
The buyers are from Walnut Creek, California.
