13 Aiken Road, 11,500 sq. ft., 4-acres, is now priced at $4.4 million. Its owner tried for $11.975 in 2006-2007, then tried again at $10 million in 2012, and has been trying ever since. So far, no takers, but at some price, it ought to attract a buyer; maybe this cut will be the one that achieves the miracle.
