Off the rent-rolls and back on the market

When 65 Clapboard Ridge Road was rented out last March it also continued to be offered at $6.995. No one took advantage of that price, so the owners have raised it to $7.495 — tht’’ll larn you.

I understand the sellers’s desire to recoup more of the $10 million they paid for this place in 2007, but raising the price on a house that won’t sell is almost always a losing proposition.

It does have the Orange/Zebra combo going for it, though, and a tipi — this may do it.
