70 Old Mill Road, $4.695 million, is pending. It’s been on the market since April ‘18 (when it asked $5.425), and was purchased new by these owners in 2006 for $6.4.Not my cup of tea, because it’s really just another of the cookie-cutter spec homes built in the early 2000s, but what the heck.
