This took a while to find a buyer; it’s been kicking around since 2018 when it started at $4.250, but it’s a goregeous 1897 home, beautifully restored/renovated by its previous owners back in the ‘90s, when I used to visit. Judging from its pictures, it certainly hasn’t deteriorated since then, and probably been further improved.
