Maybe it's time to change the name of this street

18 Saint Claire Avenue (named after the founder of “The Order of the Poor Ladies”) reports a contract, asking price $3.325 million. It started last July at $3.6, but dashed hopes aside, this is still a hefty sum for a street that used to be described as “modest, but one that has much to be modest about”.
