3 Juniper Lane, in Riverside, built by Lino Marcal (one of the good guys), was listed in May 2018 at $3.295 and had dropped to $2.895 by June, 2019 when he gave up and rented it out (for $12,500, so not too shabby). It came back on the market last November, priced at $2.845 and went to contract, via multiple bids, in February. Closed Friday at $2.895.
