6 Sheldrake Road (behind Greenwich Hospital) $2.050 million. It sold for $1.950 in 2007, and wouldn’t sell in 2016-2017, so I guess we’re back to 2007’s peak. That didn’t work out so well, but I’m sure this time will be different
