34 Meadowcroft Lane, 2006 construction, 38 days on market, sold yesterday for $7.445 million. What surprises me, a bit, is that the owners paid $4 million for this building lot in 2004, so the selling price per square foot was either $4705 or, if you include the 2,400 finished basement in the square footage calculation, $355. That’s pretty cheap, either way.
