55 Baldwin Farms South, $5.350, has a contract and is pending after 22 days. it’s a nice street and a decent house, but it went nowhere when it was listed at this same price in 2018, so there you have it.
The owners paid 45.950 for it when it was new in 2004, so we’re not quite back to the bubble prices of that era.
