3 Lauder Way, asking $5.499 million, is reported pending. Ordinarily, I’d assume that at this price, a house built in 1988 will escape the wrecking ball, but it’s listed as both residential and land, so who knows?
It’s certainly been on the market long enough for its owner to want to unload it, either way: it started at $6.750 back in May, 2017.
