Still going. 66 Gregory Road, Cos Cob (off Valley) has a contract after 75 days. Asking $2.375 million now, it was on the market from 2018-2019 with no takers, even though it dropped from an initial price of $2.390 to $2.145 during that period. The owners brought it back this past March 10, and have been rewarded.
