Sold on the peninsula

29 Field Point Drive, on the Belle Haven peninsula but just outside the Association’s snooty boundaries, was listed for $5.995 million and went immediately into a bidding war; it sold today for $6.350. Sally Maloney, who seems to own Belle Haven, was the listing agent.
