59 Winthrop Drive, Riverside, new construction priced at $5.175 million, has sold for $5.450. Winthrop’s a nice street, and this house seems very nice, but even new construction there didn’t sell for this much back in our last boom. So this sale is good news for owners of older homes on the street: builders can afford to pay more for the land.
