17 Hendrie Drive, Old Greenwich, was on the market for most of 2018-2019, priced at $4.420 million and, eventually, $3.995. No soap. Jump to this year, when it was listed at $3.995, and has now sold for $4.420.

Mind you, it sold for $4.250 in 2010, so there’s not a huge difference, looked at over eleven years, but the leap from 2019’s market to today’s is impressive.
