43 Lafrentz Road sold for $1.605 million September 28, 2020; redone; re-listed 13 days ago @$3.5; and is now under contract. Subtract, say, 10 days for inspections, contract negotiations, and the 4th of July holiday, and that’s fast.
Looks like they did a nice job, by the way.
