842 North Street, purchased for $3.4 in 2008, was put back for sale July 1st at $3.1 million. After the bids were sorted out, it closed today for that same prior peak price of $3.4 .
(Kidding aside, I remember this house, which is actually 3 North Stanwich Road, as a very nice home back in 2004, and I’m sure it remains so today.)
