18 Grigg Street, an antique shanty on 0.17 acre, sat at $2.495 from July, 2019 through June 2020 without result. It came back on this past December 15 priced at $2.650, and today that price was raised to $2.8. That would seem to indicate that there have already been several bids above the $2.650 price and the seller, understandably, is looking for more.
