6A Lockwood Drive, a backlot house built in 2015, has sold to its current tenant for $3.9 million. It failed to sell for $3.595 back in 2020, so the owner rented it to these people for $19.5 a month, and has now sold it at a nice premium. Nice work, if you can get it.
