(The other) River Road has a new listing

649 River Road, purchased new in 2018 for $3.550 million, has been put back on the market after three years, marked up to $4.2. Hey, what do I know? I thought $3.550 was an improbable price for this property back then, and I was wrong.
Still, to me, this seems more like a South of the Village Old Greenwich price than a northeastern Cos Cob one.
