The Grant Wood House at 15 Sherwood Farm Lane, asking $4.695, reports a contract. Purchased new in 2004 for $3.450 million, it was put back up for sale in 2011 at, first, $4.450, and finally sold to these owners in November 2020 for $2.640. They did some extensive renovation and obviously, that paid off.
