5 Webb Avenue, Old Greenwich, was listed last Friday at $1.295 million but noted, “bids due by Monday, January 12 @ noon”. That obviously worked, and it’s reported as under contract today.

This whole market is so discouraging for buyers, and agents looking to find them a decent house at a reasonable price.
