269 Stanwich Road, on the intersection of Cat Rock, has sold for $3.1 million. The listing (and the tax card) says it was built in 1950, but back when it sold in 2014 its construction date showed as 1915, and that’s what it felt like. Whatever the original date was, I liked the house back in 2014, when it sold for $1.665, and someone obviously liked it at $3.1.
